James Morgan created Morgand.co after a 25-year career spanning organisational psychology, strategy consulting, private equity, executive leadership and work across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. He combines doctoral-level psychology with an INSEAD MBA and has built the platforms directly, using AI both inside the products and as leverage for a small founder-led company. OrgSight.AI® was selected for the inaugural 2025 HBS–INSEAD AI Venture Labs Sprint.

The result is difficult to reproduce with software talent alone: product thinking grounded in how leaders, organisations and people actually behave—and a founder integral to commercialising it.
